the snow melts. the shogun and the emperor are both seemingly confined to their homes with an unknown ailment. and from the ruins of the old capital, lights blink into the sky and fall into shinjima itself. from those ruined borders, a shadowy, distorted paw steps into the lush grass that it has never known.
