The otherworld. The shattered lands. The Mori'feidh is known by many names, but the most common is the Dying Veil. It is a land of pure darkness and shadow, a place devoid of light and hope. Some say the sky is a constant painting of storms, the ground is swathed in fog, and the trees leak black ichor. There, creatures known as Scathana dwell and have been finding their way into Alderune through the realmic cracks between our world and theirs.

For years, Alderians have learned to live with the dangers that invade their kingdom, however, none have been able to figure out how to end it. Will magic and the people's strength keep their lands alive, or will they succumb to total darkness?
