Encyclopedia
Given that the Realm of Elyasia is a fictional realm, it naturally contains significant deviations from reality. To
enhance your understanding of the story's events and background, you can find a comprehensive list of the realm's
most important features here.
This page is still WIP
Reign
Basically, in the realm of Elyasia, the reign is ruled by two princesses. Northern lands is ruled by the oldest
Priness and her family, while the Southern lands is ruled by the youngest princess and her family. However,
Elyasia must only be ruled by females as the males would go mad/crazy from something unknown. Other then the
royal family, there is no classes. Everyone in Elyasia are equal.
Map without the broders: Will update as the story updates.
Society
✧ Dual matriarchal rule (Kira/Lira, then Lyra/Mira) — women hold the thrones, mages serve as advisors.
✧ Each Princess will 'claim' 4 to 10 companions that will mostly be all males.
✧ Cross-realm demons integrate freely (Sinta, Heei, Mathias, Inuyasha) — Elyasia functions as a haven/melting pot for exiles from the other realms. it's a place people flee to.
✧ There will always be 4 high mages. 3 element based as 1 for the dragons. Other magick users are under them.
✧ The Dragons are the most powerful beasts in Elyasia. They are mostly in their humanoid forms but there are chances to see a few in the sky.
✧ The common-Folk are species-mix. All species live side by side without much friction. Small fights are bond to happen but that's all. All species are treated the same.
Currency
In Elyasia are there only coins to trade or pay. Of course, there are also values that can be traded, but ultimately their value is determined by the existing ones Coins valued. The most common coin is the Mystic Coins, a small, rust colored coin with a magical symbol on it, without much value. 50 Mystic Coins together make one Lunar Silver . The Lunar Silver is - as the name suggests - a silver coin, slightly larger in size than the Mystic Coins with a moon symbol on it. If you collect 100 Lunar Silver, you get one Royal Gold , a gold coin that is about twice as big and heavy as a silver and has a crown symbol on it.
Laws
There are a few. [May need help redoing this.]
The Two Core Rules
- No unclaimed violence within the borders — you can fight, hunt, duel, whatever, but not indiscriminately attack others without cause/challenge. This tracks with Sinta being "a thief who had no one to beat" — implying petty crime is tolerated, but unprovoked slaughter isn't.
- No closing or forcing open a portal without a mage/ruler's sanction — given how central portals are to the plot (Rain and Sin literally fighting with the spirit realm portal, aka they didn't want the dead to come to Elyasia), unauthorized portal tampering being illegal makes total sense — it's the one thing that could let war back in.
Ruler's Word as Law
Since Kira/Lira and then Lyra/Mira aren't shown consulting parliaments or codified statutes, it seems Elyasia runs on personal rule — the princess's word is functionally law in her territory. That tracks with how casually Lyra/Mira "claim" people, punish rudeness, or grant favors — there's no bureaucracy shown, just royal discretion.
- Claiming is binding once accepted. — It's a sacred thing. The gaurd must be loyal to their princess. However, the gaurds are allowed to have lovers. [Like how Inuyasha is loyal to Mira but is mated to Nya]
- Other Realms conflicts stay outside Elyasia's borders. — All wars and such from the other four realms are not allowed in Elyasia.
- Sanctuary for the claimed. — Once claimed by a princess, you're under her protection — an attack on a guard is arguably an attack on the crown itself. However guards are mostly POWERFULL males, so who is stupid to try attacking them?
Religion
Elyasia has no religion — no gods are worshipped, no scripture is read, no prayers are spoken to any higher power. And yet, scattered across the realm, shrines and temples stand quietly maintained, their purpose never formally explained even to those who tend them. Most in Elyasia simply accept their presence the way they accept the changing seasons: as something that has always been there, and always will be.
In the growing city of Alysia, two such temples rise above the rest, each marking a threshold between worlds.
The first, the Shrine of Humility, is a modest, weathered structure whose plain wooden beams belie its significance — for beneath its floorboards lies the portal to the Human Realm. Anyone may pass through it freely; no bloodline, no title, and no permission are required. Still, a handful of silent ninja keep watch over the grounds day and night, unseen more often than seen, ensuring that whatever crosses the threshold does so without disturbing the peace on either side.
The second, the Shrine of Tenacity, is a darker, sterner place, its stonework carved with old warding symbols worn smooth by centuries of touch. This is where the portal to the Demon Realm opens. Like its sister shrine, it turns no one away — but demons are not always so easily trusted, and so two guardians stand watch at all hours: a nine-tailed fox demon, whose calm exterior hides centuries of vigilance, and a two-tailed panther demon, quick to sense the presence of any yokai with ill intent. Between them, few malevolent spirits have ever managed to slip through unnoticed.
Culture
Elyasia's culture is mixed of Chinese and Japanese with some fantasy bits. [need help with this]
Time-flow in Elyasia
On Elyasia, one(1) day equals seven(7) days on Earth; however, the experience of time remains unchanged.
In Elyasia, a single human year consists of 360 days.
A day consists of 160 hours.
Each day and night consists of 80 hours.
During the summer, days extend to 82 hours while nights shorten to 78 hours.
In contrast, winter brings shorter days of 76 hours and longer nights lasting 84 hours.
In Elyasia there are still 12 months in a year like the human realm and the seasons are the same yet random, just like the human realm.

Hollow eve is Wicked 30. It 's the day before Hollow day. On this day, people of Elyasia are getting ready for Hollow day.
Hollow day is Wicked 31. It 's similar to human 's Halloween. Candy is given out to young kids who dress up. Festivals in the horror theme are held at the shrines of each town/city/village.
-Spirits rarely appear but will on this night. Kilen HATES this day since the Shadow realm 's portal opens for a short time.-
Winter starts at the beginning of Xen. It 's when Elyasia starts getting colder. Snow starts to fall in the northern lands before anymore else.
Giving eve is Xen 23 as Giving day is Xen 24. It 's Human 's Thanksgivings eve and day. Its the two days that everyone gives thanks to their love ones and families. There are small festivals in the shrines on both days.
Xmas eve is Winter 24 as Xmas day is Winter 25. Similar to Human 's Christmas eve and day. Gifts are put under small trees in the homes of the people. On the 25th, the gifts are given to whoever. It 's a lot like Christmas. Small festivals are held on the evening of Xmas day in the shrines which are similar to human 's Christmas parties.
Magic
Magic permeates every corner of Elyasia, its origins shrouded in mystery. Ancient texts suggest that its source lies with the Dragons. While nearly everyone possesses the ability to wield magic, certain races, particularly magicak users, have an extensive reservoir of mana. However, the Dragons reign supreme, harboring the largest mana pool of all.
Mana can be found naturally in pools, springs, or as solid crystals. Mana in this “raw” form is very potent, but must be refined before it can be used by magicak users (dragons, on the other hand, are generally able to make use of raw mana as-is). [think of Final Fantasy 7 and naturally moko]
Here is a list of Magic and Spells that are used in Elyasia.
